Report by CIS Coordinator:
Gone are the days when teachers used to stand in front of the classroom and lecture the passive students. Nowadays a teacher in the classroom plays the role of a Facilitator as experiential learning is the order of the era. Teachers help the students to consolidate and connect their reflections to the subject knowledge base as they are the Subject experts. This PDP was a much needed one as QMIS wants the teachers to be well equipped for this experiential learning era.
