It is most important quality of a teacher to know how to handle a children those who are different. Difference in handling is required as the children vary in their behavior – like kinesthetic, visual, auditory. Hence, Ms. Sagaya Lizerene explained to all the participants about student handling and assessing child psychology. Children are of different in nature who are given in the hands of teachers. She shared her real time experiences with the teachers that gave a better insight to handle children in different situations. The session apart from past experiences also had tips and tricks to handle special children. Guidance on handling their parents and others as well was rendered. The session was bundled with real time sharing and appropriate information required from student, teacher, school and parent perspectives.
