The Resource Centre of QMIS is committed to :
- Encourage the development of information literacy
- Enable children to become effective independent learners,
- Inspire and encourage children to read for pleasure,
- Enhance the teaching and learning experience and strive for excellence in all facets of its service
The Resource centre is located in an area 2400sq.ft housing more than 10,000 books which includes a wide range of fiction and non-fiction books, folk and fairy tales, dozens of newspaper , around 15 magazine subscriptions and reference materials for students and staff. Children from grade 2 visit library weekly twice. They do borrow books at a regular intervals. Kindergarten to Grade 1 enjoy a classroom library facility.
