We offer the CBSE curriculum with excellent methodology that is designed to inspire a generation that constantly seek variations and challenges. The school follows the syllabus as prescribed by the NCERT. The curriculum encourages critical thinking and creativity. Early childhood education forms the foundation for lifelong learning. The Pre-Primary section of Pre-KG to KG 2 focuses on developmental milestones in terms of cognitive, social and physical development. Transition from home to school for a child can take time. To make this change easier, we have a specially designed settling zone where we organize interesting activities to keep the atmosphere upbeat for little children.
Children are nurtured in the classroom within a framework of a set of curriculum which inspires their curiosity and moves from familiar to unfamiliar, simple to complex & concrete to abstract. Children are introduced to computers and by the end of the pre primary phase they get comfortable with using computers as a learning medium. Computer rooms run by well-trained teachers, provide the ideal environment for children to pick up the basic concepts. Also the interactive board and computers present in each classroom make it a continuous learning process.
In Grade I and above we follow the syllabus prescribed by CBSE- with curriculum designed by our proficient partners. This program is built on the natural curiosity and inquiry that children exhibit at this age. They inquire, ponder, question, observe, demonstrate and learn in multiple ways. At this level, sharing of ideas take place that builds a richer registry of information and ideas.

Learning by Doing:
We take the phrase “LEARNING BY DOING” very seriously. To facilitate active learning, regular activities, field trips which are conducted in making the educative process more participative and enjoyable. We hope to develop positive individual traits and styles of behavior in them rather than producing mere clones in the society. The emphasis is to reduce written work and concentrate on the physical, mental and emotional growth of children to make them self-reliant and to let them develop effective personal skills. In the class-room, students are engaged in fun and fruitful learning through student-centered activities. They participate and explore issues in the class-room with confidence.
It is a linguistic reality of the global scenario that school education should expose and prepare the child for multiple languages – The medium of instruction in QMIS is English, Tamil ,Hindi, and French which are offered as second and third language. The ability to communicate in another language, especially a foreign language has long been regarded as the essential element of a well-rounded education. Keeping this in mind, we have Japanese as an additional foreign language. The children right from KG are taught Japanese as a part of their academics.
