International School Award (ISA)
QMIS always sets a higher benchmark for continuous progression. One such benchmarking scheme is the British Council International School Award. It accredits schools that have an outstanding level of support for
- Nurturing global citizenship in young people (and)
- Enriching teaching and learning
It recognizes and celebrates exemplary practice of internationalism in schools. Our school is connected to various international activities. It centers on the recognition of various people, cultures and their environment which are inextricably woven and interdependent. This creates a positive impact on teachers, students and the school as a whole. These activities include exchange of ideas on topics and collaboration with the different countries to understand their countries nuances. Our school collaborated with international partner schools in countries like Brazil, UK and Srilanka. We are proud recipients of the ISA Award for 2018-2021.
